New applicants are required to fill out the Application Form, Consent to Communicate Form and Pay Deposit*. Returning students are only required to pay the tuition deposit. MEDICAL FORMS for new applicants are due at the same time as the APPLICATION FORM.
Refund Policy: If a student pays the application/registration fee, but the school does not admit the student, the school refunds the fee. However, if a parent pays the application/registration fee and the parent decides not to send the child, the fee is not refundable.
